I attended Central High school in martinsburg, pa. my graduating class size was around 123. beginning in 9th graded, i took studio art classes every year, and a graphic arts class my junior year. while i learned a lot of valuable skills through photo replication in my classes, i spent hours outside of class developing my styles and furthering my knowledge about the art community.

for my "senior project" i decided i wanted to paint a mural in my high school to promote the appreciation of art and diversity. i felt that the community would greatly benefit from this. although the district turned down my first idea to create a surreal image, i ended up painting the mural you see below. inside each letter is my representation of a piece from famous Pennsylvania artists.
